・GENERAL TERMS
I prioritize those who pay rush/priority fee, fee to jump waitlist, and those who have paid first✦ Be patient and do not rush me

^{but please don't pressure too much and be kind when doing so!}✦ Credits for the work are always required!-Do not redistribute my work without my permission and without crediting me
-Progress can and may be streamed and posted on social media (if no NDA fee applied)
-Any file sent will be available from me for a finite time only since I cannot guarantee against computer failure/accidental deletion/loss so please make sure to backup your files whenever you get them-Reselling, trading or gifting is allowed but should be discussed and agreed upon first!
-You may not resell for a higher price than what you originally paid for
-Edits by the client are totally permitted in any amount, as long as credits to artist are kept and properly given
-If there's a problem with anything in regard to the commissioned work, please let me know right away so we can find a solution together
_{The artist retains all copyright over their own work, which includes but it is not limited to, the right to use the image as a sample for portfolio, promotional purposes, record and distribute the process, files and different versions of said artwork unless agreed in writing and negotiated
Using any of my work for blockchain-related technology, including but not limited to: AI, NFT, cryptocurrency is prohibited}

・PAYMENT TERMS
-Full payment is required upfront via PayPal, Kofi or Wise. The project will not be started until the payment is fully received
-If you're paying an amount over $200 and plan coming back on the future, I would recommend and appreciate using Wise
-Major edits in later stages of the commission process and/or deadline requests can each enact an upcharge of 50-100% the quoted price
If you send any payment before I confirm your commission or final quote and details I will take it as a donation and refund will not be possible

・REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
-Cancellations may be negotiated by the client or issued by the artist at any time during the commission process
-If an order is canceled before starting slot won't be kept, reschedule may be possible but not guaranteed
- The artist reserves the right to cancel at anytime within reasonable reasons (e.g health or serious communication issues)▹Refunds only available if the artist has not yet started your commission within a minimum of 5 months
▹Tips are non refundable
-Extra payment or plan-payment fees will not be refunded by the artist
-If the work has been already started, the difference in price may be refunded, depending how much work has been completed
-If the work has been already finished at least 90% and client is not happy with the outcome, we may negotiate about it, I could either re-charge or re-do it from scratch if I feel like it is fair
-Client can ask for permission to post the progress that was completed upon cancelation, with given credits to the artist・WORK PROCESS
-Please when inquiring for a commission try to send:
+ character references
+ visual references of the ideas you have
+ quantity or any other info I might need so we can discuss everything and I can provide an specific quote
-Written descriptions and "patchwork" refs are accepted as long as you add visual references too, there might be an extra fee-I prefer sending an invoice for Payment through Paypal (Wise doesn't allow me to send invoices)
-Won't do big changes if I'm at 60% or over of the final/cleaning process
-Won't do big changes if those details where previously approved, so each time I send an update make sure you ask for corrections or changes-If no deadline was discussed beforehand, the wait time can range from 3 to 7 months, depending on the project, queue, complexity, and workload
-Turn around time applies after I start to work on the project (reaching your spot on my queue), not after payment, to assure maximum quality
▹If you're not willing to wait (and no rush or priority fees were discussed nor applied) please think about commissioning me!・REVISIONS
-Client has unlimited revisions on the sketch phase
-"Redlining" or drawing over a work-in-progress by the client is acceptable
-Please try to keep changes or corrections in batches and not scattered throughout the process if possible
-If any big changes are requested by the client after the piece has started cleaning stage or finished and delivered, these will apply extra fees
-If any changes are requested by the client after the piece was finished and delivered, these will apply extra fees unless these were mistakes done by the artist, such as missing details▹Finished piece will be sent to you through email or download link (if needed). I don't send any original editable files unless asked to and paid for
▹I deliver: PNG transparent version, Background version & Unwatermarked version

I surely am slow because I like taking care of details. I am a perfectionist, so a lot of times I don't stop until I'm satisfied with what I'm delivering, this means I might get stuck correcting small pixels nobody else will notice but I do. Other times I may re-do my own work until I feel I did better, it is possible I go back and re-do commissions without extra charges!
Another reason could be my workload, I may have other commissions before yours, check my TrelloI'm not happy with my commission, could you re-do it?
It is very important to me that you're satisfied with what I deliver, let's talk!
There's always the option where I feel like corrections were talked (and approved by client) so I may not find fair to re-do the whole project, in this case I will talk it out with you and negotiate so we can come up with an agreement, I may also charge for the rework depending on the amount of work
Also keep in mind I would have to push your commission so I can keep working on the other projects that were already after you waiting for me
